DOOR-MAGNET-V18B-12 is 100% waterproof in stainless steel design for the uncompromising harsh environment. DOOR-MAGNET-V18B-12 can be used with all access control controls that have a relay output. The product contains a very powerful electro-magnet that "locks" itself to the piece of metal that is mounted on the door. When there is voltage on the DOOR-MAGNET-V18B-12, the door cannot be opened. An access control connected to DOOR-MAGNET-V18B-12 which accepts e.g. a password, will cut off the voltage to the magnet coil and the magnet will release, allowing the door to be opened. Holding power: 816 kg. 12VDC voltage for the holding magnet.
