Streamlined USB 3.0 docking station with space for a 2½" or 3½" SATA hard drive. The docking station takes advantage of the fact that the transfer speed is no longer limited to 60 MB/s, as is the case with USB 2.0. USB 3.0 is approx. 4 x faster than USB 2.0. Not compatible with USB 2.0.
