WLAN2USB with WiFi printer port can share 2 USB 2.0 ports over the network or act as a compact and fast print / file / scanner server that easily connects to a wired 10/100 Mbit network or a 54/11 Mbit WLAN. Printers and scanners can be connected to the box's two USB ports. Possibility of sharing files when connecting external USB hard drive or the like. Ie one has the opportunity to have eg. both a printer and a scanner on the network at the same time. Driver and possibly. programs must be installed on each PC as if the devices are locally connected. WLAN2USB can also act as a NAS when connecting external USB hard drives, allowing multiple users to access data at the same time.
USB versions: USB 1.1 - up to 12 Mbps. USB 2.0 - up to 480 Mbps depending on network load and speed.
Note: USB printers can be used by WLAN2USB for Windows NT systems that normally cannot use printers with USB connectivity
