CNV-VGA-DVI-C+ is a video format converter that converts analog VGA (RGB+HV) or Component (YPbPr) video to digital DVI video. The converter is used for all kinds of devices with VGA or Component outputs - e.g. PCs or DVD players if you want to connect a display with DVI input instead of VGA or Component.
